The Client's Signature is not showing as 'Signature on File' on the CMS Form

Take the following steps to resolve this:
• Go to that client's page and click on ‘Receipt of Privacy Practices signed on xx-xx-xx’. Say OK you want to reset this field.
• Click (in the same place) on ‘HIPAA Receipt of Privacy Practices not yet signed’ – say OK
• Enter the correct date that client signed, then check the box to the left of their name.
• Back on the CMS-1500 screen, make sure that 'signature on file' is checked.
If these steps fail to resolve the problem, you can delete the invoice and create a new one in it's place.
