I want to export my client information to MS Word for a mail merge. How can I do this?

Begin by going to the Clients area and click the 'Show All Clients' button. Now go to the File menu and choose Export Records. Choose a name, file type and location to save your file, then you will see a window asking you to specify which fields to include in the export. You specify fields by moving them to the right panel. You can change their order using the small arrows to the left of the field name.
There are a number of utility fields with complex names; you can ignore these. The ones you will want to export have commonsense names ( Last Name, First Name, etc.)
Leave 'don't format output' checked. Click Export to begin exporting.
