How can I quickly find the client I am looking for?
Author:
Ginkgo Software Support
ClientTracker makes it easy to locate clients. The easiest way to find a client is to click the "Find Client" icon in the toolbar. When prompted, simply enter any part of the first name and/or any part of the last name separated by a space. For example, to find Abraham Lincoln you could type:
Abraham Lincoln Abraham L A Lincoln Ab L A L
If ClientTracker cannot uniquely determine the name of the client, it will prompt you to choose from a list of possible matches.
Another way to find clients quickly is to use the Quick Jump toolbar in the Client List. This is the brown bar of letters at the bottom of the page. Simply click one of the letters and all clients whose last name begins with that letter will be shown.
