December 30th, 2009: In 2009, 35 new acupuncture ICD-9 codes were added in the 300's -- the Psychological category - primarily for headaches. So far, no new codes for 2010 are anticipated. To add these 35 codes, go to the Diagnosis Codes page in your software and click Update Diagnosis Codes List in the footer.

January 29th 2008: A new and much expanded list of diagnosis codes are now available for importing into ClientTracker. To import: go to Settings>Diagnosis Codes and use the 'Update Diagnosis Code List' button at the bottom of the screen. Please read the enclosed README file before importing.

June 21st 2007: ClientTracker 3.41 released.
A number of minor issues are addressed in this upgrade, as well as some minor improvements requested by the experts: our customers.

March 26th 2007: ClientTracker 3.4 released!
It's finally here, with the new CMS form & NPI numbers, e-billing and much more. Best of all it's free to owners of 3.1 and up and those on a current support contract. Our updated QuickStart Guide & User Manual is also available.
